Cubs receive: 3B Matt Dominguez HOU
Brewers receive: SP Josh Johnson SD

Can big JJ bounce back in the Senior Circuit in vast, sunny Petco? Can slick gloved Dominguez repeat 20hrs/75rbi as a sophomore?

I need an upgrade at 3B until my prospects arrive and I think Dominguez offers that plus some upside.

Looks like a fair, straight up challenge trade.

Brewers accept.

I needed another arm. Been a JJ fan for some time. Pitching in spacious Petco Park will be his best chance to jump start his injury plagued career. I like Matt Dominguez as a player but had an abundance of 3rd baseman. Would preferred to have moved Ramirez but you have to give to get.
